book review

The 13-storey treehouse
By Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton
Book report by Georgia Fox

The 13-storey treehouse is about Terry’s and Andy’s adventures in a treehouse. Andy is the author of many books and Terry is the illustrator. The main characters are named Terry and Andy after themselves and in this book they are very immature, and easy distracted. They need to finish a book and give it to their publisher within a 24 hour period but instead of finishing their book they get distracted by sea monkeys and other crazy creatures and objects in their treehouse.
I thought that this book was average because it’s a bit unrealistic and farfetched also too silly for my opinion.

I would imagine that the creators of this book Andy and Terry where making the treehouse series a comedy and a very outrageous book for people to read. I would recommend this book to people the age of 9-14, this book is for any gender because it does not have any diagrams or words that relate to the a specific gender. I would recommend this book and the rest of the series to my classmates because everyone have different opinions and I know that most people will enjoy this spontaneous series.

My first 2 weeks of school!!!

>>>>>>>>My first 2 weeks of school<<<<<<<<<
when I first came to st Joseph school I was very worried and scared because st Joseph is much bigger than my old school. When i walked up the stairs there was lots of friendly classmates and it was a very nice warm felling to have, st Josephs is such a great school it was definitely BETTER than I thought because there is workshops witch is good to catch up on some stuff that I need to know. But its hard in a way because if you are not in a workshop you have to get all the things you need before it starts, another challenge of mine is all the things we have to do on the internet and it pretty hard to keep up with all of the work. During my first year of school i want to get all my work done in the set time or be close to finish. What I'm looking forward to this years is all the friends  I will have and all the fun activities and all other students and teachers ill work with. I'm so sparkled with joy and I am thrilled to know what is coming up in the year of 2015!!!

Saint Dominic

                             St Dominic

In 1170 Dominic was born in Castile in Spain. Dominic was apart of the Guzman family and Dominic's mother was a holy woman- Blessed Joan of Aza.
At the age of 7 Dominic started school. Dominic's uncle  was a priest who guided Dominic through all of his school years and after the years of studying for school, then Dominic became a priest too.
Dominic was living a silent life of prayer and obedience with other great priests.
Dominic started a new religious order, "The Order of Dominicans".
St Dominic went on a trip through the south of France. Dominic saw people teaching others about things that were not true.
Dominic told people to be humble. St Dominic was a great preacher but st Francis was a humble beggar. They were really close friends.
On August 7 1221, st Dominic sadly died.
